The ministry of the industry and natural resources of the Chelyabinsk area – the enforcement authority of the Chelyabinsk area which is carrying out functions on development and carrying out of a state policy in sphere of the industry, management of the property which is in a state ownership of the Chelyabinsk area, natural resources in territory of the Chelyabinsk area; co-ordinating activity in these spheres of other executive powers of the government of the Chelyabinsk area.
Among the basic directions of activity of the Ministry - development and realisation of a uniform state policy in sphere of the industry, property and ground relations, wildlife management in territory of the Chelyabinsk area; monitoring and the analysis of economic activities of the industrial organisations (enterprises), associations and associations; assistance to the state supervising bodies in realisation of the state supervision of performance of actions for the prevention of extreme situations at the mining enterprises, hydraulic engineering constructions and other water economic objects of the Chelyabinsk area and many other things.

International Association of Metallurgists
The international union of metallurgists - the public organisation created and registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 1992, unites on a voluntary basis of engineers, science officers, experts, organizers of manufacture and social sphere of the metallurgical and mining industry. The organisation has the international status and carries out activity through the created organisations and regional branches in territory of the Russian Federation, the state-participants CIS and other foreign states.
Founders and members ÌÑÌ - collectives more than 160 enterprises and the organisations from Russia and 15 countries of near and far abroad. Among them - practically all largest metallurgical giants of Russia (MMK, NTMK, NLMK, Severstal and others).
