Conditions of participation

1. Registration fee of the participant of the Industrial forum - 390 EUR.

Includes: organizational expenses, participation in all program actions of the Forum, publication and 1 copy of the collection of materials of the Forum, 1 copy of the exhibition catalogue, advertising of the Forum, manufacturing badges, participation in a formal reception (banquet) and coffee-breaks of one representative of firm, rent and cleaning of halls for holding conferences, services of the attendants.

Registration payment of the participant of the Industrial Forum under condition of participation in an exhibition - 10 000 rub.

2. Registration fee of the participant of the exhibition - 127 EUR for 1 participant.
Registration fee of additional participants of the exhibition - 65 EUR.

Registration fee includes general organizational expenses, and also expenses on advertising and the organization of the program of an exhibition, protection of a public order, organization of places of feed, common electric lighting, organization of intercity telecommunication, cleaning of territory of the exhibition, services of the attendants, distribution 1/2 black-and-white p. of the information on the company in the catalogue and origination 1 copy of the catalogue of the participant of the exhibition, accreditation, reception and participation in press conference on the occasion of opening an exhibition.

3. Payment of an exhibition area.

  • Built up closed exhibition area - 114,50 EUR for 1 m2
  • Vacant closed exhibition area - 70 EUR for 1 m2
  • Open exhibition area in the street - 11 EUR for 1 m2

Discounts for cost of the built up exhibition area:
more than 9 m2 - 5%; more than 12 m22 - 10%

Standard complete set of the exhibition stand: table, 2 chairs, fixture, frieze panel, frieze inscription, floor covering. The minimal size of the stand - 4 m2.

Payment of the built up exhibition area includes cost of rent of an exhibition area and the exhibition equipment, installation and dismantle of exhibition designs, decorating of an exhibition, general protection of the exhibition.

The arrangement of stands in the central part of a hall or along the main pass is guaranteed at surcharge of 25 % against cost of rent of an exhibition area of the stand. Extra pay for the stand opened from two sides - 15 %, opened from three sides - 20 %.

4. Distribution of the information of the enterprise in the catalogue of participants (format À4)

The information in the catalogue of participants of the Forum is accepted till 1.03.2010.

5. Correspondence participation - 139,50 EUR

Organizations, which don`t participate in the exhibition, have a right to distribute the information of the enterprise in official catalogue of the exhibition (1/2 black-and-white page, format À4) and a place for the advertising materials on the stand «Correspondence participation».

VAT is not provided.


Conditions of registration

For registration as an exhibitor or the participant it is necessary to fill and send to address of WTC Chelyabinsk the application, the contract and to pay according to the exposed invoice during 10 banking days.

Attention!

  1. The enterprises which have not paid exhibition services until the beginning of work of an exhibition, are not admitted to accommodate its exposition work at the stand.
  2. All participants who have not received preliminary confirmation on their payments should have a copy of the payment assignment about payment with a mark of the bank, or the necessary sum in cash.
  3. Payment of the additional services received directly during an exhibition, is paid by cash.

Technical procedure of an exhibition during the Forum:

  1. Arrival of nonresident participants and registration of exhibition stands - on March 22 from 12.00.
  2. Exhibition hours - 10.00 - 18.00.
  3. Closing an exhibition and dismantlement of stands - on March 26 at 16.00.
